Looking for the perfect southern Minnesota campground with the ideal mix of relaxation and fun? Look no further than Kieslers in Waseca. First opened by Kal and Barb in 1972, the campground has been kept in the family for three generations. Kristi Corchran is currently overseeing the campground.
“I think what sets us apart from other campgrounds in the area is we offer planned activities every weekend from Memorial Day through Labor Day,” Corchran says. “We like to give all of our guests a personalized experience.” They do a great job of providing this. They know most everything from the kids’ and parents’ names to the types of ice cream they like best.
The staff also get involved in the activities they host on the weekends. Slime Slip and Slides, Bingo, and DJ’s on the dancefloor are just a taste of the fun to be had a Kiesler’s. The kids are able to be kids and play on the playground outdoors and not using electronics, and the parents are able to relax at their site or by the pool.
Corchran and staff are dedicated to their work, and they make themselves available at all hours. “it’s the relationships we have with our customers that’s important to us, and we do all that we can to make sure they have a great experience.”
